In November 2007, Manulife-Sinochem held its “Bring dreams to life” event in the hall of State Physical Cultural Administration (SPCA), which included the signing ceremony for Manulife-Sinochem’s sponsorship of the Chinese National Taekwondo team. It also was announced that Manulife-Sinochem would fight side by side with the Chinese taekwondo team in support of their Olympic dream.

In April 2007, Manulife-Sinochem Shandong branch commenced operations, holding opening ceremonies as well as a press conference to celebrate the occasion.
